Description

Assorted embroidery or crewel needles in sizes 3 – 9, identical to sharps but have a longer eye to enable easier threading of multiple embroidery threads and thicker yarns. The smooth gold eye facilitates threading and prevents thread damage. Length and thickness of sewing needles decreases as needle size increases. Thus, a size 9 needle is shorter and finer than a size 3.
