We’re delighted to announce the return of live sewing classes at our Miltown Malbay shop. From Saturday, 15th February 2025, we will be offering a varied programme of one-day workshops. Classes will generally run on Saturdays and Thursdays, between 10am and 5pm. Booking will be essential. Depending on the type of class, the maximum class size will be 4 or 6 people, thereby guaranteeing plenty of personal attention. Light, bright, and accessible classroom.
Standalone workshops include:
- Sew something simple (Learn to use a Sewing Machine)
- Garment repairs and alterations (hand sewing)
- Make a plush toy or memory bear
- Beginners’ Dressmaking: Make a simple skirt
- Love your overlocker
- Hack your pattern (dressmaking techniques)
