Description
A 4″ embroidery template for Japanese Sashiko, made in durable, flexible plastic. Traditional ‘Seven Treasures’ design. Either lay directly onto your fabric and trace using chalk or an embroidery marker, or trace onto paper or embroidery backing. Sashiko is a style of Japanese embroidery made up of small, regular running stitches, giving the effect of grains of rice. Sashiko has been used in Japan for centuries to repair and reinforce worn fabrics and is an excellent way of embellishing recycled fabrics for clothing or crafts.
