Vintage Simplicity 1950’s dress sewing pattern. Empire-line dress has short kimono sleeves and neck band to which upper edge of bodice front is softly pleated. Pleated section crosses right over left at neck edge. Dress has back neck zipper opening. View 1 has flared skirt; View 2 has sheath skirt with back pleat. Both skirts are fitted with waistline-darts and shaped to a point in front; cut straight in back at upper edge. Authentic Vintage Reproduction includes additional sizes and cutting layouts.
